On 1 July 2026, Mount Zion Higher Institute (MZHI) reached a significant institutional milestone by officially entering into an affiliation partnership with the University of Buea.

This landmark agreement strengthens MZHI’s commitment to providing quality higher education and professional training in nursing, midwifery, and healthcare in Cameroon.

Under the partnership, the University of Buea will award the Bachelor’s degrees, while MZHI will continue to provide comprehensive academic, clinical, and professional training in accordance with Cameroon’s higher education laws and regulations.
